Three Guest Stories. One Seamless Shoot | Itz'ana Resort is a luxury hotel in Placencia — a place built around the idea that travel should feel transformative. Their rooms, villas and suites attract a diverse, discerning guest — families, groups of women traveling together, wellness seekers. During an ongoing retainer relationship with the property, we were briefed to bring all three of those guest worlds to life in a single shoot.
The Brief: Three distinct content sets — family travel, a girls trip, and wellness and yoga — shot across the villas, pool, grounds, and penthouse suite. Every image needed to speak to a specific guest type while feeling cohesive within the broader Itz'ana brand. Aerial coverage handled alongside ground level photography to give the property a complete visual library from every angle.
The Production: This shoot required as much planning as it did photography.
We cast a mother with two daughters alongside two other women — giving us the flexibility to move fluidly between a family travel narrative, a group getaway story, and individual wellness moments, all within a single shoot day. Getting the best from talent of different ages — including young children — meant building the day carefully. Shot lists were planned around natural light windows so every location was photographed at its best. Talent had scheduled downtime between setups. The children were kept happy, comfortable, and energized throughout. Every detail was managed so that when the camera was ready, everyone in front of it was too.
That level of production care shows in the final images. Relaxed, natural, and genuinely present — because the people in them actually were.
What We Delivered: A complete lifestyle content library covering family travel, girls group travel, and wellness and yoga content across villas, pool, grounds, and penthouse suite — with aerial imagery woven throughout. Three distinct guest narratives. One cohesive visual world.
